RETRACTION: In the December 2015 issue, It’s Complicated poked fun at the antiquated provision in CRCP 16(b)(10) which delayed the commencement of discovery until 42 days after the case is at-issue. Perhaps, I should poke fun at myself because the law was recently amended in July 2015 to delete that provision. I apologize for the oversight. It’s good to see that progress has finally been made.
