Hunt_DiegoHolland & Hart litigation attorney Diego Hunt received the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association’s 2015 Chris Miranda Award at the CHBA’s annual banquet.

James M. Lyons has been elected as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Lyons focuses his practice on complex business litigation mediation and arbitration of virtually all types, including corporate, securities and insurance law.

Brendan P. Rodman and Katherine W. Petrides are proud to announce that John R. Rodman has been elected to a three-year term as trustee of the Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

The Defense Research Institute has elected Amy L. Miletich of MiletichCohen PC, its National Director. Miletich’s practice focuses on assisting employers in the defense of employment law claims and in implementing preventative measures to avoid such actions.

Bush offers clients legal assistance in the following practice areas: business planning and business law, commercial disputes and litigation, construction defect claims, employment law, federal contract claims, and industrial hemp regulation and compliance.

Aaron Bradford has been asked to help open and run the Colorado operations of Holland & Knight. Bradford will continue to focus his practice on litigation in the area of anti-competitive conduct, intellectual property , product defect and complex torts.

Haynes and Boone has opened a Denver office specializing in the energy sector. Anne Weber, a specialist in midstream and pipeline operations, joined the firm as partner to open the office at 1580 Lincoln St.

The Legal Center for People with Disabilities and Older People became Disability Law Colorado. While their name is changing, their work and mission remain the same. In addition to launching a new name, they will have a new website and email address.
